Fourth generation Flinders Ranges pastoralist Ross Fargher has been recognised for his commitment to the region’s unique fossil history, collecting the Harrell L. Strimple Award for outstanding achievement by an amateur palaeontologist.
Mr Fargher was presented with the global accolade by the Paleontological Society at the Washington State Convention Center.
